After contributing to the Science section of the New York Times for several years, other Art Directors at the Times asked me to do straightforward illustrations. This black and white drawing, for the Dining In section of the paper, is about the awful bits of stuff that masquerade as meat in cans of pork and beans. Art Director Richard Aloisio
